Director of Customer Success

We are looking for a Customer Success Director to join our world-leading team as we ramp up our commercial strategy for the UK.

With the ability to interact and manage relationships at C-level within the NHS and private healthcare organisations, this role will be pivotal with our customers and partners in the UK.

You will manage relationships with customers as we deploy our products. You will be responsible for managing local relationships with digital partners, such as NHS Digital, EMR systems vendors and others. You will work in partnership with the VP R&D to oversee integration pathways and data governance; and you will manage local relationships with fulfilment centres and operational partners together with our Chief Product Officer. You will work closely with the UK Commercial Director supporting UK sales and planning for mobilisation and then ongoing account management.

You will work closely with the global Chief Commercial Officer and the Sales Director as an early member of a new UK team working to deliver substantive rapid growth for the company.

About the candidate

  • 2 years experience in a healthcare environment and experience in the technology sector
  • Strong track record of customer management and service delivery
  • Ability to build strong and immediate relationships with credibility to interact at C suite level
  • Flexible and adaptive attitude suitable for new market entry, including self reliance and strong team work ethos
  • Ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to grow with the company but prepared to roll up their sleeves on the journey
  • Stamina and energy for significant UK-based travel
