Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to work closely with our CEO. This position is right for you if you have high energy, plenty of motivation, excellent communication skills, and superb attention to detail.

  • 5+ years experience as a Personal Assistant\Executive Assistant to CEO or C-level execs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 
  • Fluency in both Hebrew and English (Native English speaker is a big plus) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to be discreet, while understanding the importance of required confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks quickly and effectively
  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and articulate manner
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, etc.
  • A team player who has service orientated and down to earth attitude
Role & Responsibilities
  • Assist the CEO in his day-to-day managerial roles while completing a wide range of tasks including managing a calendar and appointment schedules; completing expense reports; compiling and preparing correspondence; planning and arranging complex travels (including itineraries, agendas, accommodation, ground transportation, etc. ) and preparing materials for meetings.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential materials
  • Available to work full days at the office with the CEO, with flexibility for after-hours to handle urgent matters
  • Communicate directly and on behalf of the CEO with members of the Board of Directors, staff, and others on issues related to programmatic initiatives in accordance with the instructions.
  • Work with a variety of global interfaces and stakeholders
