We’re looking for a driven, organized, and dynamic HR Admin & Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both office operations and HR processes, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys diving into the details as well as keeping an eye on the big picture. Someone who is a people person, super organized, energetic, and a born multitasker
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an office manager in a high-tech company.
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting end-to-end.
- Proven experience managing office operations, business travel, and vendor relationships and execution of welfare activities.
- Background in HR processes, such as onboarding, payroll, and offboarding
- Comfortable working with various systems and office management software (such as HR and travel systems like Combtas).
- Excellent multitasking, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (required for working with teams abroad)
- A positive attitude, high energy, and independent with a can-do attitude!.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Israeli office, ensuring smooth office functioning.
- Manage office operations, budgets, including coordination of suppliers, deliveries, and other office-related tasks.
- Vendor and insurance management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and brokers. Deal with system owners and renewals.
- Handle all company travel logistics and budgets, including booking flights and hotels, obtaining visas, and working with the company’s overseas teams.
- Assist in executing company wide events including management and executive boards support, offsites, company events and welfare activities.
- Maintain and manage HR policies and processes including hiring, onboarding, offboarding etc.
