The Associate Counsel, U.S. operations will report directly to the General Manager and be the the legal face of our U.S. site, located in Boston. The core work will be commercial, leveraging healthcare law expertise with our customers, but there will also be corporate counsel responsibilities coming from our U.S. site.

Expertise in Health Plans and contracts is essential.

  • 5-6 years of relevant legal and contract experience within the healthcare and/or technology fields areas honed either in-house at a company and/or at a law firm.
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school, with a strong academic record.
  • Must be admitted to the bar of Massachusetts or a member of another state’s bar and eligible for in-house certification in Massachusetts.
  • Knowledge and experience with privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Superior legal analysis skills and client-service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft, negotiate, and interpret complex contracts and work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate corporate, commercial, and health care-related agreements.
  • Identify potential legal issues and propose solutions to address business requirements while mitigating risk.
  • Handle a range of agreements from NDAs and BAAs to complex vendor and client services agreements.
  • Cooperate with's Tel Aviv-based teams, including the legal team, product, marketing, operations, and R&D team.
  • Support other legal department activities as needed.
