B2B Marketing Manager

With our Minuteful at-home urinalysis and digital wound management services, we empower payers, providers, and healthcare systems to interact meaningfully with their patients and improve patient engagement. By making testing convenient and accessible, we're helping more than 600,000 patients worldwide take better control of their health.

We are looking for an experienced and versatile B2B Marketing Manager to help scale up our B2B marketing efforts in the US and support the commercial goals of the business. In this high-impact role, you will strategize, execute, manage, and monitor multi-touch campaigns that engage our target audience and move them down the funnel. 

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in successfully engaging high-profile personas in the B2B space, has experience in account-based marketing, and is both strategic and hands-on. 

This position will join our global marketing team based in Tel Aviv and will report to our Director of B2B Marketing.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing, demand gen, or content marketing role at a B2B tech company (healthcare a huge advantage)
  • A good understanding of persona mapping, lead scoring, marketing, and sales alignment, campaign optimization, and measuring pipeline 
  • Multitasker with the ability to execute projects across multiple products and markets, with the flexibility to alternate between tasks as priorities change 
  • Familiarity with platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Google Analytics, WordPress/Elementor (advantage)
  • Ability to write content in a compelling, clear, and concise manner 
  • Native English speaker and writer (a MUST)
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert our target accounts across multiple channels (paid advertising, media buy, content syndication, emails, events, webinars, etc.)
  • Manage campaigns from A to Z, including coming up with the strategy, writing the content and design brief, collaborating with key stakeholders and SMEs, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting on the results 
  • Produce a variety of content assets that engage prospects throughout the buyer journey, including blog posts, white papers, infographics, email campaigns, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, thought leadership, and case studies
  • Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs such as number of MQLs, target account engagement, meetings booked, SQLs, opportunities, and ROI 
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, growth, and product marketing teams to develop relevant, personalized, and impactful ABM campaigns that drive pipeline growth 
  • Work closely with the marketing design team to create insightful and compelling marketing assets that align with our brand and clearly communicate our value proposition 
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources (including working with freelancers or agencies)
