Business Analyst

We are looking for someone to help us achieve ambitious growth goals by building a well-oiled operations engine from humble beginnings. As an early stage team, there are plenty of opportunities to take ownership over impactful challenges. You should be analytically inclined, as you will be leading conversations about the performance of our market team, and you should then be able to take those analyses and put them into action. You will be successful in this role if you are someone who can think critically using data from a variety of sources, make 80/20 recommendations, and then execute with a broad set of stakeholders, as you’ll get the chance to wear many different hats as we tackle the challenges of a growing team. 

  • 2+ years of professional experience as described below:
  • Experience with SQL / relational databases required
  • Experience creating dashboards required (Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Experience using analysis to generate recommendations for decision making required (could be in any functional area - finance, strategy, operations, marketing, etc.)
  • Experience owning workstreams within projects required, experience managing projects independently preferred 
  • Salesforce admin experience preferred
  • Experience with call center platforms (e.g. RingCentral, Zendesk) preferred 
  • Experience with NetSuite (or other ER

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead projects to build out the operational capabilities of a startup healthtech business - touching everything from go-to-market strategy to choosing a new office location
  • Create & maintain a suite of dashboards to keep cross-functional leaders informed of performance (sales, customer success, service, operations, etc.)
  • Regularly analyze those dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement, and share your insights with leaders across the organization along with recommended next steps
  • Shepherd WIP contracts & transactions from signature to shipping
