True to our ‘medical selfie’ vision we are also expanding our product portfolio to enable healthcare professionals to use their smartphone camera to improve documentation and management of chronic wounds, working with sites across the NHS to tackle this £5 billion challenge.

We are looking for a strategic and exceptional person, with extensive clinical experience, to join our world-class team as we scale our services in the UK. The successful applicant will use their clinical leadership, enthusiasm for digital healthcare and passion for people to help the NHS adopt our urinalysis products and maximum impact for their patients. You will be using your clinical skills and experience to drive clinical strategy, define benefits of our work and play a leading role in embedding transformative approaches to patient care across a range of NHS partners.

Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you will be responsible for the clinical strategy for our urinalysis product range.

You will have significant experience at senior clinical leadership level in a healthcare environment and will have the personal credibility and interpersonal skills to lead and deliver in a politically sensitive and demanding role. You will work closely with colleagues to drive forward the best approach to support our NHS partners, at both national and local level, to commission and embed our solutions into best practice care pathways, and lead on work to define the impact of our products to demonstrate benefits for our partners.

You will also play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to grow our services, develop strategic relationships with key clinical leaders, and provide insight across the business into the challenges our NHS partners and their patients face.

You must have experience as a clinical leader in the NHS, ideally in primary care, diabetes, or renal services.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Medical Director to ensure robust clinical quality and governance that meets UK standards and requirements, including technology related governance.
  • Lead continuous optimisation of clinical processes and clinical models.
  • Work closely with the product and operations teams to identify and align product requirements to clinical strategy.
  • Develop the wider team to provide them with a deep understanding of the clinical needs of our NHS partners, to secure renewal and growth of our services.
  • Work closely with NHS partners and marketing colleagues to develop clinical case studies, publications, and other resources to demonstrate the impact of our work. 
  • Support our sales team in building relationships with strategic partners, providing subject matter expertise on our products and the clinical pathways they support. 
  • Experience at a strategic clinical leadership level
  • Extensive clinical experience of working in primary care, diabetes, or renal services.
  • Experience of developing and delivering clinical quality improvement projects, including clinical audit and service evaluation.
  • Empathetic and collaborative in approach, with the ability to quickly develop strong relationships with external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex messages to different audiences.
  • Highly organised, with incredible attention to detail.
