You will work closely across the team to improve how we support our NHS partners in embedding our solution into local care pathways and lead our work to measure impact and demonstrate benefits for our partners.
You will also play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to grow our services, develop relationships with clinical and commissioning leaders, and provide insight across the business into the challenges our NHS partners and their patients face.
We see this as a great role for an ambitious individual who is eager to learn and build their career, with lots of opportunities for development and taking on leadership responsibilities.
You must have experience of primary care, diabetes, or renal services in the NHS.
