About the job

We are looking for an exceptional and ambitious clinician to join our world-class team as we scale our services in the UK. The successful applicant will use their enthusiasm for digital healthcare and passion for people to help NHS sites using our urinalysis products to get maximum impact for their patients and their teams.

You will be using your clinical skills and experience to drive our strategy on measuring the benefits of our work and play a leading role in embedding transformative approaches to pathways using urinalysis across a range of NHS partners.

Reporting to the Director of Programmes, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment of our products with NHS partners, enabling them to improve outcomes for their patients and drive transformational benefits within their local systems.

This is a senior and pivotal role to support the scaling of our urinalysis products, which enables healthcare professionals to use our at home smart phone powered urinalysis products to transform traditional care pathways.

You will work closely across the team to improve how we support our NHS partners in embedding our solution into local care pathways and lead our work to measure impact and demonstrate benefits for our partners.

You will also play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to grow our services, develop relationships with clinical and commissioning leaders, and provide insight across the business into the challenges our NHS partners and their patients face.

You must have experience of primary care, diabetes, or renal services in the NHS.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Implementation and management of new projects and initiatives, including overseeing technical integration, onboarding NHS partners, developing resources for training and implementation, and monitoring uptake. 
  • Working closely with product and operations teams to identify and implement individual customer requirements.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the needs of our NHS partners, to secure renewal and growth of our services.
  • Working closely with NHS partners and marketing colleagues to develop case studies, publications, and other resources to demonstrate the impact of our work. 
  • Support our sales team in building relationships with potential NHS partners, providing subject matter expertise on our products and the pathways they support. 
  • Experience of developing and delivering quality improvement projects, including clinical audit and service evaluation, with experience in contributing to larger studies or clinical trials a real bonus.
  • Experience of working in primary care, diabetes care or renal care.
  • Empathetic and collaborative in approach, with the ability to quickly develop strong relationships with external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex messages to different audiences.
  • Highly organised, with incredible attention to detail.
  • Energetic, flexible, and adaptive, able to roll up your sleeves and learn on the job.
  • A natural problem-solver, tenacious about understanding and addressing challenges.
  • An ambitious individual who is enthusiastic about the potential for digital healthcare tools to transform care for patients.
