We empower patients to take care into their own hands while working closely with leading healthcare organizations to deliver better outcomes.

 We're looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in execution driven welfare/wellbeing in the high-tech industry 
  • Significant and proven experience in planning, managing, and executing small and large scale events with great attention to detail and a real enjoyment of the execution
  • Service oriented project manager with a real love of people
  • High level of English – both verbal and written – to create content and to collaborate effectively with our global teams
  • Experience with online platforms - creating engaging content and leveraging it effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Constant learner and innovator with a passion for organizational culture and big picture mind frame
  • Proactive and responsible, with a can do attitude 
Role & Responsibilities
  • Help the CHRO in building a coherent and creative employee experience strategy across the employee life cycle, connecting employees to our brand, our values, and our culture.
  • Build and manage welfare and wellness programs and events from planning to execution, work within the confines of a budget, leveraging the capabilities, skills and passions of Healthy.io's teams and employees
  • Innovate and run Employee Experience related programs.
  • Shape and lead online presence for employee experiences related content
  • Work closely with different departments and stakeholders to fully understand the different needs.
  • Own, vendor identification, timelines, branding, logistics, etc
  • Work globally with admin and HR across the company to adapt and execute the plan for different locations and teams
  • Collect feedback and data to optimize and constantly improve the plan and execution
