We’re looking for an IT Manager to join our team and take ownership of all aspects of Information Technology of a growing global company, and be the liaison IT focus point with local agencies. We’re looking for a brilliant team member, experienced in operating with modern systems and platforms. You’ll work closely with the Security Team and report directly to the company's VP Engineer. You will be leading all information technology processes and activities, and assist your team members to follow them.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT.
  • Excellent IT skills with great customer service, handling context switches, being on top of all communication channels, and a can-do attitude
  • Hands-on experience with installations, administration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software (Windows, Mac & Linux), including endpoint management systems.
  • Proficient with network design and maintenance for a global organization
  • An organized person, with the ability to keep a tab on budget and coordinate with external vendors and supply chain
  • Fluent in English: Speaking and writing.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Assume full ownership of the global IT organization in the company. 
  • Manage hardware - user endpoints (macOS, Windows and Linux), servers, printers, networking, etc., including vendor relations and procurement
  • Manage the company users, groups, roles, and permissions to all resources.
  • Manage and track asset inventory, SaaS platforms, users and software licenses, tracking, and access rights review.
  • Manage IT projects and roll them out to all employees
  • Closely work with our security department on deploying security systems and controls
