We are looking for an IT Support Administrator to enable smooth technology operations for a team scaling to improve health outcomes in the US. You will be responsible for procuring, installing, and maintaining hardware and software for our growing team in the US. You will improve team productivity by ensuring the functionality and appropriate use of our software and hardware platforms. You will do this through thoughtful scoping of needs, appropriate purchases & configurations, user training, and ongoing maintenance & troubleshooting. 

This role is based in Boston and expected to work in the office 3+ days per week.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with installations, administration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software (Windows, Mac & Linux)
  • Good knowledge of networks
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting Jamf/JumpCloud/ManageEngine or similar platforms
  • Ability to triage issues as they arise and manage your time is required
  • Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends in (rare) emergencies is required
  • Ability to provide remote support to team members not in the office required
  • 5% travel may be required
Role & Responsibilities
  • Assume full management of computer systems and information technology
  • Manage the onboarding and termination processes in all systems (Provide employees with first-level contact and support, user account management, email system, Internet access, office systems, installation of new computers, etc.)
  • Own IT and digital data procedures; execute control and assess their functionality
  • Manage hardware (such as user endpoints (MacOS, Windows and Linux), servers, printers, networking, etc.) including vendor relations.
  • Manage the company users, groups, roles, and permissions to all resources.
  • Manage and track asset inventory, SaaS platforms, users and software licenses, tracking, and assisting the Security team with access rights reviews.
  • Manage IT projects and roll them out to all employees
  • Closely work with our security department on deploying security systems,controls and internal/external audits.
  • Install new software and hardware components
  • Troubleshoot problems and identify solutions with company equipment (computers, tablets, phones, etc.)
  • Maintain the office network infrastructure
  • Prioritize tickets that enter our tracking system
  • Ensure security of all systems by administering permissions
  • Coordinate with vendors as required
  • Lead training on appropriate use of hardware and software as appropriate
