Requirements

We are looking for a proactive self-starter, who can multi-task, with experience of various computer software packages and excellent IT skills to join our ever growing Call Centre team.

You will be part of the team supporting the delivery of our ACR ‘adherence as a service’ funded project. The service aims to increase compliance of patients who have not had their annual ACR test in the last 12 months by sending them a kit in the post to complete at home. You will be given full training and will be using scripts to guide outbound and inbound calls. 

Role & Responsibilities
  • Making initial patient calls to introduce the project, explain the benefits and the pathway
  • Navigating and updating multiple web-based applications efficiently and accurately
  • Answering questions from patients about the service in an articulate manner
  • Tracking the number of calls completed including consented and dissented patients
  • Following correct Information Governance procedures to ensure the security and accuracy of patient data
  • Updating information in our secure portal to allow effective follow-up
  • Working alongside the wider Healthy.io teams to achieve contract KPIs
  • Follow up with fulfilment house and patients to ensure kits are delivered on time

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • An active interest in digital health technologies
  • Call centre experience
  • Energetic and proactive, with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with keen attention to detail
  • Confident using technology and proven experience working simultaneously with numerous web-based applications
  • Passion for providing innovative healthcare solutions
