Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, ready to roll up their sleeves and deliver best in class customer experience. You must have the ability to work cross-functionally and be responsible for the execution and ongoing success of internal and external initiatives. The Project Manager should be able to successfully manage multiple responsibilities and act as a leader, both internally and externally. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing multiple programs simultaneously at a high level of execution and complexity.

Please note: this position is based out of our Boston, MA office which is operating in a hybrid 3/day per week in-office model.




  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of end-to-end project management experience
  • Experience with interoperability and integration into electronic medical records
  • Strong ability to communicate internally and externally with a broader set of technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Flexible and adaptive attitude suitable for new market entry, including self-reliance and strong teamwork ethos
  • Disciplined and detailed approach to project management including familiarity with Salesforce and office tools such as, PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Word


  • Experience working with large health plans
  • Experience at a startup
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
  • Experience with software development life cycles
  • Experience using project management applications such as Asana & Wrike 
Role & Responsibilities
  • Ensures our customers are provided a fast, efficient, and excellent implementation
  • End-to-end management and execution of implementations including scoping, customer resource planning, status reporting, testing, issue troubleshooting, and go-live validation
  • Develop and maintain internal and external project plans, including timelines, project scope, and objectives, including all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate all internal resources and third parties/vendors as it relates to project scope and execution
  • Partner effectively with Marketing, Product, Sales and other internal teams to accurately scope project and ensure successful implementation.
  • Improve and/or create process documentation with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Implementation and management of new projects including integration, user on-boarding and training
