Salesforce Administrator- Maternity Leave Replacement

Headquartered in Tel Aviv with 250 employees across London and Boston, we are growing fast as we serve more and more patients across ever-expanding areas of healthcare.

The operations team is currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help develop and maintain our Salesforce application. The ideal candidate will be as passionate about business processes as they are about building them. This role entails collaborating with the organization's various business departments to identify, define, and implement changes that meet business requirements in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information, Industrial Engineering or equivalent, or significant directly-related work experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, including Custom Objects, Relationships, Flows, Workflows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, Access & Permissions, Reports & Dashboards, and more
  • Experience in Marketo, Outreach and NetSuite is an advantage
  • Experience managing relationships with outside partners for Salesforce consulting and development
  • Experience in leading Projects
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide support for any issues and bugs that are reported on the Salesforce platform
  • Support multiple customizations, plugins, and integrations. Be responsible for evaluating, customizing, implementing, testing, and documenting solutions for business processes, including Salesforce, while using best practices
  • Hold knowledge and perspective of the entire company SFDC needs
  • Lead and manage Salesforce development projects
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for new strategic opportunities
  • Support the business with ongoing issue resolution and training needs
  • Translate business requirements into highly scalable and sustainable working business solutions
  • Monitor everyday operations of the SFDC development agency and provide regular feedback
  • Create and maintain systems integrations with a variety of the company's systems
