Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information, Industrial Engineering or equivalent, or Significant directly-related work experience.
  • 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, including Custom Objects, Relationship, Flows, Workflows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, Access & Permissions, Reports & Dashboards, and more.
  • Experience in Marketo and NetSuite is advantageous.  
  • Experience managing relationships with outside partners for Salesforce consulting and development
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity

Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide support for any issues and bugs that are reported on the Salesforce platform
  • Support multiple customizations, plugins, and integrations. Be responsible for evaluating, customizing, implementing, testing, and documenting solutions for business processes, including Salesforce, while using best practices.
  • Hold knowledge and perspective of the entire company SFDC needs.
  • Take the Lead and manage Salesforce development projects.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for new strategic opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into highly scalable and sustainable working business solutions. 
  • Monitor everyday operations of the SFDC development agency and provide regular feedback.
  • Create and maintain systems integrations with a variety of the company's systems.
