We’re looking for a solution focused, fast-thinking and motivating Salesforce Analyst to join the team. This role will touch both our UK and US sales teams and partner with our global marketing team and broader operations team to bring new innovation, capabilities and insights.

Our ideal candidate is a confident team player with strong analytical, and problem-solving skills to join the team at this pivotal and exciting moment in the Healthy.io story. 

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of prior experience as an SFDC admin. 
  • Strong analytical, technical proficiency and ability to solve problems.
  • Expertise in translating the needs of the business into software requirements, process modelling, and data mapping.
  • Capacity to multitask, organize and effectively and independently manage your time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Previous experience with Outreach / Marketo - advantage
Role & Responsibilities
  • Participate in building out a Sales Technology Roadmap that brings new innovations, capabilities and insights to our Sales and BDR teams Work with Business Ops and Business Stakeholders to define the requirements for new Sales Technology and Automation features
  • Work together with IT and Business Ops to manage or implement any integrations between Salesforce and any 3rd party Sales technologies Manage and enhance Salesforce profiles, record types, page layouts, and define any custom objects and fields
  • Implement advanced workflows and processes for Lead Routing and Assignment, as well as task creation and data transformation Managing sales data - improve data quality, enriching our Salesforce database health and improving compliance in accordance with Aras policy and global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.)
  • Manage the Sales Technology - Implement, Manage and Administer Sales Tools and Technologies to improve Sales performance including user management across all sales platforms
  • Admin of existing sales technology such as Outreach, Cirrus Insights, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Definitive Healthcare, Calendly
  • Train our sales teams on our different sales technologies and best practices on how to use them
  • Identify pain points within the organization and work with key stakeholders to solve and improve the overall environment; drive improvement in productivity by simplifying processes and optimizing use of available tools.
  • Ensure effective and efficient use of Salesforce; establish, manage and develop governance to ensure standards are met for data inputs
  • Create dashboards and reports for the sales teams
  • Improve data quality and cleanliness (Deduplication using Cloudingo), data normalization etc.  Enriching our Salesforce database health and improving compliance in accordance with Aras policy and global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.)
  • Manage account structure and hierarchy
  • Own and manage lead routing, territories, and lead-to-account matching logics (LeanData)
