We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play an integral role in our growing company. As a Talent Recruiter, you will Lead the full-cycle recruiting processes. You'll focus on sourcing, attracting, and bringing the best talent to our growing team, providing an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements
  • A recruitment professional with 5+ years of experience in the high-tech industry 
  • You know how to lead in-house recruitment efforts for companies in the hi-tech industry and are an expert in conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews 
  • You have a clear, data-based, well-established voice when it comes to hiring talent - and you love what you do.
  • You are all about relationships; you get that this is where it all happens 
  • You’re business-oriented, data-driven, interested in the world of technology, and have a sense of urgency 
  • You’re creative, independent, and you own what you do.
Role & Responsibilities
  • You will manage end to end recruiting processes focusing on technical roles
  • Source and creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Be responsible for assessment processes, including conducting face-to-face (and zoom) interviews
  • Partner and work closely with our hiring managers and act as a consultant on talent issues 
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to maintain an excellent candidate experience and help get great results for both sides 
  • Be part of an HR team, raising ideas, improving current processes, and constantly 
  • Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various sourcing techniques
  • thinking in a creative and out-of-the-box way
  • Be an ambassador for our culture and mission.
