UK Marketing Associate - Temp position, Maternity Cover for 9 months

About the position is one of the first companies to successfully turn a smartphone into a clinical-grade medical device enabling faster treatment and improved care for patients worldwide. Our products are powered by computer vision and machine learning and create new clinical pathways through smartphone-powered urinalysis and digitized wound management.

We are seeking a versatile and talented marketing professional to join our team as we expand our digital healthcare services across the UK. The ideal candidate will bring attention to detail and a strong work ethic to help us support more patients to manage their health at home. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team where your contributions will have a significant impact. You'll play a key role in delivering transformative healthcare change on a national scale.

Working closely with the UK Head of Marketing, the Marketing Associate will support the design and implementation of the marketing strategies for both our Urinalysis and Digital Wound Management business units. This role is ideal for a developing marketing professional looking for new challenges within a growing global organization.

Please note that this is a Temporary position; covering Maternity leave for 9 months.



  • Degree-level education.
  • Experience in marketing roles.
  • Healthcare and/or start-up experience is desirable.
  • Marketing-related qualification is a plus.

Desired Attributes:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in delivering marketing activities across the full marketing mix, particularly in event management, social media, and content creation.
  • Strong task management and self-initiative.
  • Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with NHS partners or within the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential.
Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing communications campaigns.
  • Serve as a key interface with internal stakeholders.
  • Execute the events plan and logistics management.
  • Oversee social media communications and monitoring, collaborating with key staff on social media planning.
  • Manage marketing collateral and brand materials.
  • Create and manage simple marketing assets, working closely with the design team.
  • Develop and communicate client and user testimonials.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily remote work, with occasional travel required to various work locations; including regular team meetings in London and industry conferences around the UK.
