Headquartered in Tel Aviv with over 240 employees across London, Boston, and Singapore we are growing fast as we serve more and more patients across ever-expanding areas of healthcare. 

Our U.S. team is looking for an office administrator to support the team as we continue on our growth trajectory. This role is based in downtown Boston, and will be an in-office position with some flexibility for remote work as this person gets into a rhythm and/or as needed to accommodate life outside of the office. There is the possibility that someone who demonstrates interest and capability could move into other roles over time



Requirements
  • A proactive attitude towards your responsibilities - ideally you’re anticipating the needs of the team versus being reminded about peoples’ requests
  • Eagerness to grow with the role as the company grows
  • The ability to manage your own time to get your tasks done
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities, and to communicate your priorities clearly 
  • Discreet professionalism and ability to handle sensitive & confidential documents
  • No specific experience is required, though you would have a good foundation if you have worked in a startup, in healthcare, another office position, or a customer-facing role


Role & Responsibilities
  • Keeping the office stocked with supplies & snacks
  • Creating an engaging team environment: planning team events and introducing fun into the office through decorations or other ideas
  • Facilitating office visitors
  • Managing calendars & expenses
  • Making travel arrangements and creating itineraries
  • Coordinating with the building management on maintenance & other issues
  • Processing inbound & outbound mail & shipping
  • Other clerical duties as required to support the team
