When it receives such a request, the team will review the request to ensure it satisfies legal requirements and Healthy.io’s policies.

For Healthy.io to provide access to any Personal Data, it must receive the request in writing, signed by an authorized official of the requesting agency, and issued under an appropriate law. If Healthy.io believes a request is overly broad, it will seek to narrow it.
