The Healthy.io security and infrastructure teams monitor alerts and bulletins of relevant software packages and organizations, ensuring quick handling of out-of-band patches. Additional software packages such as automated penetration testing and Cloud configuration compliance assist in achieving this goal.

If the team identifies a critical patch, they will execute a change request process to ensure proper function and timely action. According to an agreed plan, the Healthy.io infrastructure team gathers all non-critical patches and applies them regularly to ensure systems are up-to-date.
